The Company, ARM Green Industries Limited (formerly Calcorp Limited) was incorporated on April 1, 1992 in Pakistan as a public limited company and its shares are quoted on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (“PSX”). The Company’s principal line of business was vehicles plied for hire. In the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 22, 2026 the shareholders passed special resolution to change it to manufacturing, assembly, trading, import and export of renewable energy equipment and ancillary products and rendering of services.
