The First Al-Noor Modaraba was formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the rules framed thereunder and is managed by Al-Noor Modaraba Management (Private) Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan. The Modaraba is a perpetual, multi purpose and multi dimensional Modaraba and is primarily engaged in providing Ijarah financing, Musharakah, Diminishing Musharakah, Musawamah, equity investment and other Shariah compliant trading activities.
