Ghandhara Tyre And Rubber Company Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan on March 7, 1963 as a private limited company and was subsequently converted into a public limited company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of tyres & tubes for automobiles and motorcycles. During the period, the Company entered into technical assistance agreement with Shandong Huasheng Rubber Co. Ltd. (SHRC), a leading technology service provider in the tyre industry, having registered address at Daozhuang Industrial Park, Guangrao County, Shandong, China, effective from September 2024 for the period of seven (7) years.
