About Kohinoor Power Co Ltd

Kohinoor Power Company Limited ['the Company] was incorporated in Pakistan on 08 December 1991 as a Private Limited Company under repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017) and subsequently converted into Public Limited Company on 10 May 1992. Subsequently, the Company amended its memorandum of association to include in its objects, leasing out of its machinery and buildings under operating lease arrangements, as and when considered fit. The principal activity of the company is to generate and sell electric power.
