Mahmood Textile Mills Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan on February 25, 1970 as a Public Limited Company under the repealed Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017). The Company is domiciled in Pakistan and its principal business is to manufacture and deal in all types of yarn and grey cloth. The Company also manages investments in associated companies engaged in manufacturing and sale of yarn, cotton lint, cotton seed, generation of electricity and sale to power purchaser.
