Sindh Modaraba (the Modaraba) has been floated under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the Rules framed thereunder and is managed by Sindh Modaraba Management Limited (the Management Company), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Government of Sindh.
