Waves Home Appliances Limited (formerly, Samin Textiles Limited) ("the Company") is incorporated in Pakistan under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017) as a public limited company. The principal business of the Company was trading, import and export of textile products and pursuance to approval of scheme of arrangement, the principal line of business has been amended to include manufacturing, assembly and wholesale of domestic consumer appliances and other light engineering products. The Company is a subsidiary of Waves Corporation Limited (formerly Waves Singer Pakistan Limited), the ultimate parent Company.
