Axon Enterprise, Inc.

Axon Enterprise, Inc. is a globally operating company known for developing, manufacturing, and selling conducted energy devices (CEDs) under its prominent TASER brand. The company's business is segmented into two core areas: TASER, and Software and Sensors. Beyond its energy devices, Axon provides comprehensive hardware and cloud-hosted software platforms, enabling law enforcement agencies to proficiently manage digital evidence. These solutions facilitate the secure capture, storage, management, sharing, and analysis of video and other digital information. The company's extensive product portfolio features a range of TASER devices (e.g., TASER 7, X26P, X2, and consumer models) and their corresponding cartridges. Additionally, the lineup includes on-officer body cameras, Axon Fleet in-car systems, and other related hardware. Axon Evidence software offers robust digital evidence management capabilities, supported by Axon Signal-enabled devices, extended hardware warranties, and critical accessories like docks, cartridges, and batteries. Axon's market reach is achieved through a multi-pronged distribution strategy, encompassing a direct sales team, various distribution channels, an online portal, and third-party resellers. A strategic alliance with Fusus, Inc. is in place, designed to amplify the functionalities of Axon Respond and the Fusus Real Time Crime Center in the Cloud solution. This collaboration aims to equip agencies with real-time operational insights and streamline investigative processes. Incorporated in 1993, the entity was initially named TASER International, Inc., before officially adopting the Axon Enterprise, Inc. moniker in April 2017. The company maintains its corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.
