Halliburton Company

Halliburton Company, established in Houston, Texas in 1919, is a global leader in providing an extensive range of products and services to the energy sector. The company's operations are strategically divided into two core segments: Completion and Production, and Drilling and Evaluation. The Completion and Production division focuses on enhancing well performance and lifespan. This includes specialized services like stimulation and sand control to boost output, along with cementing services crucial for well integrity and casing operations. It also supplies advanced downhole solutions and completion tools, encompassing intelligent well systems, various service tools, liner hangers, and multilateral systems, alongside comprehensive well completion products. Furthermore, this segment offers production optimization solutions such as coiled tubing, hydraulic workover units, and pumping and nitrogen services, supported by various downhole tools. Pipeline and process services, covering pre-commissioning, commissioning, ongoing maintenance, and decommissioning, are also part of its portfolio, as are electrical submersible pumps and artificial lift solutions. The Drilling and Evaluation segment provides essential services and technologies for exploring and developing energy reserves. Its offerings span drilling fluid systems, including performance additives, completion fluids, solids control, specialized testing equipment, and waste management. The segment also delivers a variety of chemicals and associated services for oilfield completion, production, and downstream water/process treatment. Core drilling systems and services are provided, alongside wireline and perforating services, which feature open-hole logging, cased-hole, and slickline operations. Additionally, Halliburton offers a broad selection of drill bits, such as roller cone and fixed cutter bits, hole enlargement tools, and related downhole equipment, complemented by coring services. Innovatively, this segment delivers cloud-based digital services and artificial intelligence solutions built on an open architecture. These tools provide critical subsurface insights, streamline integrated well construction, and optimize reservoir and production management. Further specialized services include testing and subsea operations for reservoir data acquisition and analysis, coupled with optimization solutions, as well as comprehensive project and integrated asset management services.
