Under normal market conditions, this fund commits at least 80% of its total investment capital – which includes both its net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes – to a diverse range of high-quality fixed-income securities. The portfolio is exclusively comprised of debt instruments that either possess an investment-grade rating at the time of acquisition or are deemed by Lord Abbett to be of an equivalent credit standing.
