Alahli REIT Fund 1

The Alahli Capital - Al-Ahli REIT Fund aims to provide unit holders with a steady stream of rental income and increase the overall value of its assets. It achieves this by investing in developed, operational, and income-generating real estate properties. A key feature is the semi-annual distribution of at least 90% of its net profits, typically in March and September. This fund is compliant with Shariah law, a status affirmed by its designated Shariah board. Management of the fund is overseen by SNB Capital, a closed joint stock company established under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration No. 1010231474). AlBilad Capital serves as the custodian for the fund, while ValuStrat and Knight Frank have been engaged as independent appraisers to value its assets.
